I usually just sprinkle on the burgers. If you want to mix in, I’d probably use about 2 teaspoons/pound.

This is a great seasoning to give your burger a boost of flavor.
Frank Mosher says
Sorry, but this seasoning is unbelievably plain! Lots of seasonings which can be incorporated into the burgers, to not only make them taste great but make the burgers moist as well. i.e. bread crumbs/panko soaked in a little milk, sweet chili sauce, diced Jalapenos and onions, cheese, diced mushrooms, and on and on. This recipe is the norm at Carnivals, not for anyone who really knows anything about good burgers. This is Galley Food! PS. I do like a lot of your recipes, but this is not one. I know the recipe is for “seasoning”, but great burgers are not enjoyed with a sprinkle of seasoning on the surface. Cheers!

Well to each their own. This is meant to be an all-purpose general burger seasoning. The items you mentioned are not really something you can put in a spice jar. I have plenty of other burger condiments, sauces, and burger recipes for more gourmet options.

Thanks Lisa, I will make a batch today.
