There are a lot of variations of a Better Than Sex Cake, but the one I saw contains pineapple, coconut, French vanilla pudding, and whipped cream. Sounded like a great inspiration for a cocktail, don’t you think? And a great way to celebrate one year of my blog! Does the cake or drink live up to its name? Well, I’ll let you be the judge! :)
The ingredients in this drink are fairly simple. I ran across this So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer and thought I’d give it a try in this drink. It worked out really well! If you can’t find it, you can try substituting your favorite coconut milk.
I also added some toasted coconut to the top of the drink but you could also line your glass rim with toasted coconut.
Cheers! Here’s to another year of Snappy Gourmet! Thanks for a great year!
Hope you enjoy this Better Than Sex Caketini (pineapple and coconut cocktail)!
