Some of you have been requesting holiday cocktails so how could I say no?! :) I hope to have another one or two holiday cocktails for you soon but in the meantime I hope you enjoy this Chocolate Mint Russian Caketini and you can also check out my long list of fun cocktails on my RECIPE INDEX. This holiday cocktail recipe is a twist on a White Russian that is typically vodka, coffee liqueur, and cream. I added a little John DeKuyper & Sons Crave Chocolate Mint Liqueur and Pinnacle Cake Vodka. Topped with some whipped cream and crushed chocolate mint candy canes and you have a fun cocktail that your guests will love!
When the nice folks at DeKuyper asked if I wanted to try their John DeKuyper & Sons Crave line of liqueurs including Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Cherry, and Chocolate Chili, I knew they would be perfect for some fun holiday cocktails.
They didn’t disappoint and you should give them a try for your holiday parties! Buy one of each and have your guests create their own drinks with the different flavors, ice, cream/milk, whipped cream, crushed candy/cookies, and anything else you can think of!

I served my Chocolate Mint Russian Caketinis in large martini glasses but they would also be great in smaller martini glasses, shot glasses, or any size glass you have! You could also make a big batch in a pitcher and let your guests create their own cocktails like I mentioned above.

Happy holidays friends! I hope you enjoy this fun Chocolate Mint Russian Caketini recipe!

Hope you enjoy!
