Cookies ‘n Creamtini dessert cocktail recipe for you today! Remember when Cookies ‘n Cream flavored ice cream was the new cool flavor back in the 1980’s? Now it’s just one of the many many MANY quirky flavors around.  You’re lucky if you can find plain ol’ chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry ice cream among all the other flavors. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining. I’m all for fun new quirky flavors and combinations for ice cream and anything else (see my exhibit A: Chunky Elvis Ice Cream, Exhibit B: Crunchy Chicken Stuffed Waffle Pops & Maple Dijon Dip, and Exhibit C: Mexican Chocolate Snowball Cookies just to name a few of my quirky recipes…) . For my new “-tini “recipe I couldn’t help but get inspired by that oldie but goodie Cookies ‘n Cream ice cream.

Add this Cookies ‘n Creamtini to the list of my other recent “-tinis” including:

  • Turtle Caketini
  • Chocolate Caramel Martini
  • Go Blue-tini
  • Watermelon Poptini
  • Pumpkin Cheesecaketini

Yes, I realize I have a strange fascination with “-tinis”, but the truth is that I don’t have a lot of cocktail glasses so have to get some use out of my martini glasses!! This Cookies ‘n Creamtini is easy to make, no blender needed, and you’ll wow your friends! Mix together the milk/cream, Pinnacle Whipped vodka, and JELL-O Oreo instant pudding mix over ice.

Make sure you crush any chunks of cookies in the pudding mix before mixing.  Dip the rim of your glass in Hershey’s chocolate syrup then Oreo Crumbs. Strain the drink into the glass and top with whipped cream and a mini Oreo. Only takes a few minutes to make then you’re ready to enjoy!!!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk or cream
  • 1/4 cup Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons JELL-O Oreo instant pudding mix
  • Hershey’s chocolate sauce
  • Crushed Oreo crumbs
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 mini Oreo

Instructions

  • Mix milk/cream, Pinnacle Whipped Vodka, and JELL-O Oreo instant pudding mix in shaker with ice. Shake for about 30 seconds.
  • Dip rim of glass in chocolate sauce, then dip rim into Oreo crumbs. Strain drink into glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and a mini Oreo if desired.

Notes

SNAPPY TIPS: This recipe makes 1 drink, so multiple if you are serving more people. Crush the cookies in the pudding mix if any of the chunks are too big to fit through the strainer.
SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of Pinnacle Whipped Vodka, Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped Vodka or Pinnacle Cake Vodka would also be good.
Course: Cocktail
Cuisine: American
Keywords: chocolate cocktail, cookies and cream martini

This sounds delicious… So as a connoisseur of all things “-tini” I ask you this… VanGogh vodka has a new PB&J flavored vodka, any ideas on a great “-tini” recipe to make with it?

    Thanks (in advanced)!

HI! I have not actually tried the PB&J but have heard about it. Have you tried it? I would think some of the nut or fruit liqueurs would be good with it. You could probably blend it with some ice, milk, some fruit/nut liqueurs, and top with a little whipped cream and chopped nuts! :)

    Hi!
I found this on Pinterest and made it last night. It was absolutely amazing! I also tried subbing the milk for vanilla ice cream and put the ingredients in a blender for a short amount of time. It was just as delicious that way. Thanks for sharing! :)

Thank you so much Brittany! Glad to hear you enjoyed my Cookies ‘n Creamtini! Ice cream is a great idea and you could even use cookies ‘n cream ice cream and skip the pudding. Hope you enjoy my other ‘tinis and recipes. :)

I used what I had on hand — pistachio pudding. Awesome! I can’t wait to try this with Oreo pudding, which I didn’t even know existed. :-)
