This Cast Iron Peach Cobbler is comfort food at its finest. Sweet, juicy peaches bubble underneath a soft, golden crust that soaks up all those amazing flavors as it bakes.

I love baking cobbler in a cast-iron skillet because it gives the crust a beautiful color and keeps everything warm for serving. Plus, it looks rustic and inviting straight from the oven, no extra dishes needed.
The peach filling is simple and naturally sweet, with just enough spice and citrus to bring everything together. As the cobbler bakes, the juices thicken, and the topping turns perfectly golden.

- Instead of peaches, experiment with other fruit!
