Thanks to JELL-O JIGGLERS University Mold Kit, you can have a fun dessert or snack for your tailgating party! If you’re not a University of Michigan fan (I’m sure you’re all Michigan fans, right??), don’t worry, the JELL-O JIGGLERS University Mold Kits come in a variety of different schools as well!

As a University of Michigan alum, I terribly miss living in Ann Arbor, miss all my college friends, and miss all things maize and blue!

Living in the northeast you don’t see a lot of Michigan logos around town. Thank goodness for the internet so I can get my maize and blue fix. Football season is right around the corner and I was so excited to see these JELL-O JIGGLERS University Mold Kits.

You can find the JELL-O JIGGLERS University Mold Kits for your local University at Walmart stores in the cities where the schools are located. OR you can find a larger variety of schools online at Walmart.com. Included with the kit is 2 plastic molds, and 4 boxes of JELL-O (2 boxes Berry Blue JELL-O and 2 boxes Lemon JELL-O). The variety of JELL-O varies for each school. You can use the molds over and over again and create your own fun game day food for your tailgating party! What would you make?

Besides the JELL-O, all you need is boiling water, but you can make your own creations! I have all sorts of ideas running through my head…

I decided to add a little fresh lemon juice to the Lemon JELL-O and a little pomegranate juice to the Berry Blue JELL-O for a fun twist. You could use your favorite fruit juices or just substitute water.

After you mix together the boiling water, JELL-O, and fruit juice, spoon (or pour) the liquid into the mold cavities. I liked putting the molds on cookie sheets so that the mods were easy to carry and store in the fridge. With two little kids in the house I try to do all I can to prevent a mess. :)

Be sure to refrigerate the JELL-O JIGGLERS for at least 3 hours or until firm. Dip the bottom of the tray into hot water for a few seconds then invert over a plate and gently shake to get the JELL-O to fall out. If some get stuck, use a sharp knife and gently go around the edges to loosen. Be careful to not keep the JELL-O in the hot water too long or you’ll melt the JELL-O. :) No one wants melted JELL-O for their tailgating party, right? :)
