I used to make it this way at work, until I fried a bag and everyone hated me for the lingering smell… it works really well, but do *not* let it burn!

Popcorn has always been a favorite in our home but I use a stovetop unit that makes it better in so many ways. Less oil and better popcorn primarily!

Our favorite topping is a combination of butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

I love popcorn but if it burns in the microwave, it will never let you forget it. I burned a bag to a crisp about 8 years ago and I swear that at times I can still smell that faint odor. Sounds simple but I don’t know if I ever would have thrown some regular old popcorn in a bag and nuked it had you not have told me how. I will now!

Unfortunately, I am all too familiar with burnt popcorn too. :) Thankfully we have a lot of windows and doors nearby. :)
