No complicated canning needed! This easy recipe uses simple ingredients and is a fast way to make fresh pickles at home whenever a craving hits.

What Makes Honey Mustard Pickles Different?

Honey Mustard Pickles combine the classic tangy flavor of vinegar pickles with the sweet taste of honey and the bold flavor of mustard. The result is a delicious balance of sweet, savory, and slightly zesty flavors.

Unlike traditional dill pickles, the honey adds a smooth sweetness that works perfectly with the fresh dill, garlic, and onion. The mustard powder adds that familiar honey mustard flavor while still letting the crisp cucumber slices shine.

These refrigerator pickles are also much easier than traditional canning recipes. Just make a quick brine, pour it over the cucumbers, and let everything chill overnight until the flavors come together.
