Just to show you how easy it is to come up with a quick and fun ribs recipe, I made these delicious Tropical Pineapple & Honey BBQ Ribs with only 6 ingredients!!! To start off I rubbed some McCormick Perfect Pinch Caribbean Jerk Seasoning on both sides of my ribs. Instead of buying a long list of spices and ingredients you can get it all in this one little bottle! Cover and refrigerate your ribs for at least an hour or overnight if you can.

While the ribs are in the fridge, make this quick and easy sauce. It only has 3 ingredients: Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce, some chopped pineapple, and lime juice. No need to make a sauce with a long list of ingredients! Put everything in a blender (or food processor) and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
I grilled my ribs on indirect heat for about an hour and a half. My grill wasn’t quite big enough for actual”indirect” heat so I put my grill on very low, covered the grates with aluminum foil to help keep the heat down, then put my ribs on the top rack in my grill. If your ribs drip a lot from the top shelf, you can put some disposable aluminum pans filled with water underneath to catch some of the drippings. It worked great! Then I basted my ribs with the sauce for another 15-30 minutes turning frequently.
You could also bake the ribs in the oven or prepare the way you like your ribs. Let your ribs rest a little while so they turn out tender and juicy! I garnished my ribs with some chopped fresh cilantro and served them with the remaining BBQ sauce and a few lime wedges. My family gobbled these up!!!
I’m just a poor blogger and all I ask for is a little love to keep me going.
So please don’t forget to ENTER my current giveaways for some great prizes! If you like this recipe, please follow me on FACEBOOK or TWITTER. You can also sign-up to receive my recipes and posts by EMAIL or RSS. My recipes are original creations and owned by me unless otherwise noted. Please do not steal or copy my recipes or pictures without my permission. Thanks for visiting Snappy Gourmet!

I love my ribs a little heat and some sweet. I am still trying to figure out the perfect recipe. I normally use a cheaper cut of meat though: Country style ribs. I cook them for a few hours on the stove with an onion and finish them on the grill with a BBQ sauce that I add some brown sugar, cayenne, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. I like them smoked
I’ve tried a lot of different types of BBQ sauce but why does it seem (at least to me) that open pit is the best? the cheapest is the best? However if it’s thick & juicy that is a plus. I need to cook better.
We have a huge smoker so we usually smoke them along with a pork shoulder. Like em sweet with a little hot.
