Place the ribs on large plate or baking sheet. Rub Caribbean Jerk Seasoning on both sides. Cover and refrigerate one hour or overnight.
Place barbecue sauce, pineapple, and lime juice into blender; blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat grill for indirect cooking. Grill ribs over indirect heat for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides of pork and cook another 15 to 30 minutes basting and turning often.
Remove pork from grill and let rest about 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with any remaining barbecue sauce.
SNAPPY TIPS: Cook pork until internal temperature is about 160 degrees F. The Caribbean Jerk Seasoning is a little spicy so adjust for personal taste.SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of lime juice you could substitute orange juice.
