Tropical Pineapple & Honey BBQ Ribs

Sweet and spicy ribs with pineapple, honey, and Caribbean seasoning.

  • Place the ribs on large plate or baking sheet. Rub Caribbean Jerk Seasoning on both sides. Cover and refrigerate one hour or overnight.
  • Place barbecue sauce, pineapple, and lime juice into blender; blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Preheat grill for indirect cooking. Grill ribs over indirect heat for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides of pork and cook another 15 to 30 minutes basting and turning often.
  • Remove pork from grill and let rest about 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with any remaining barbecue sauce.


SNAPPY TIPS: Cook pork until internal temperature is about 160 degrees F. The Caribbean Jerk Seasoning is a little spicy so adjust for personal taste.
SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of lime juice you could substitute orange juice.
