TGIF! Sounds like a lot of you have had a long rough week! From what I’ve been hearing, many of you are not happy about the crazy Facebook changes (don’t get me started on that subject!), had a long week of school or work, had sick kids, or had other craziness this week! Lots of craziness! I think some of you could use a Friday Happy Hour tonight, right?! OH, and it’s the first day of FALL which makes summer officially over! Boo to that, but guess we should celebrate fall…
I’ve been accused of having a strange obsession with “tinis” lately. I didn’t think I did, but guess I have posted a few such as my…
Wow, did I really post all of those -tinis? Umm, maybe I do have a strange obsession. So they aren’t really “martinis” but they’re in a martini glass and they’re fun so that’s close enough right? Hiram Walker has some great fall flavor liqueurs including Pumpkin Spice, Gingerbread, and Caramel Apple. Don’t they all sound yummy?!
So it’s probably just time to embrace Fall and celebrate with a fun Pumpkin Cheesecaketini don’t you think? This is a super easy drink. Just throw the ingredients in a shaker with ice, and there you go. The drink includes Hiram Walker’s Pumpkin Spice Liqueur and Cinnamon Schnapps. I used skim milk, but you could use cream or any kind of milk you like. I also added a little instant cheesecake pudding mix for that cheesecake flavor. I dipped the rim of the glass in caramel and graham cracker crumbs, then topped with some whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Super snappy to make! Hope you enjoy!
I’m just a poor blogger and all I ask for is a little love to keep me going.
