1) Baking Potato
2) Olive Oil
3) Salt
4) Black Pepper
5) Truffle Oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut potato into thin slices, then each slice into long thin strips.
Bake potatoes in bottom of the oven at 425 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes, flipping over halfway through baking.
Place potato strips in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet leaving a little room between each strip.
Drizzle fries with truffle oil and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
Baking time may vary depending on how thick you cut your fries. You can use a French Fry cutter or mandoline slicer if you'd prefer.
Instead of salt and pepper, or in addition to, you can use your favorite spices and herbs.
