Watermelon Poptini, an easy summer cocktail recipe with watermelon, watermelon vodka, honey, lime, and Pop Rocks!
Watermelon Poptini Cocktail Recipe, an easy summer drink with Pop Rocks, watermelon, and vodka! After I made my Mini Strawberry Shortcake Poppers recently, I couldn’t quite get over my fascination with Pop Rocks (which would be my way of saying I couldn’t get enough of those darn little candies!!!). Pop Rocks work great to line glass rims for your favorite drinks. I had some fresh watermelon in the house AND Watermelon Pop Rocks so what was a girl to do??? I went to the nearest liquor store, bought some watermelon vodka, and next thing I knew I was making a Watermelon Poptini! :)
This is a great summer drink! Hope you enjoy!
Hope you enjoy! Add a little Mint Simple Syrup for a little flavor if you’d like.
Cheers to a great summer!!!!

HI Lisa! Not a silly question! Our grocery store actually sells them in the candy aisle although I would have never noticed them if I wasn’t looking for them as they were on the bottom shelf and kind of hidden. But the first place I found them recently was at Christmas Tree Shop (not sure if you’re familiar with them? Crazy store!) and they had a “variety” pack of them with their “movie” candy!
Lisa says
Silly question, but where did you find the pop rocks? I haven’t seen them in ages! Granted I haven’t been looking, but I don’t remember them last time I was down the candy aisle at the grocery store either… :)

How fun! I can’t wait to try this!
