This Coconut Snickerdoodletini Holiday Cocktail recipe is the perfect holiday party dessert cocktail! Not a lot of ingredients in this drink and it’s ready in just a few minutes!

The holidays can be a little tricky when it comes to eating healthy right? I know I struggle with it. To try and stay on target I like to swap out healthier alternatives for things I know I’m going to drink or eat anyhow. Although I’d love to think I can ONLY eat salads for weeks at a time during the holidays, I know that’s not going to happen.

Therefore I like to swap out ingredients for healthier and/or lighter alternatives. For example, in my Coconut Snickerdoodletini cocktail instead of using coconut cream, I opted for a light coconut milk and added my own sugar, Madhava Organic Coconut Sugar. I also love that Madhava provides an alternative to highly processed, refined sugars, and artificial sweeteners. And did I mention it tastes really good? It doesn’t taste like coconut at all, just sweet. Even my coconut-hating-family members couldn’t believe it was made from coconuts!

For the rim of the glass for my Coconut Snickerdoodletini Holiday Cocktail  I also used a little Madhava Organic Whipped Cinnamon Honey. Here’s a little tip…You may want to hide this honey from your family and keep it for yourself! My kids loved it so much they couldn’t stop sticking their fingers in it! The honey is whipped and creamy with a slight cinnamon flavor.

Be sure to visit the Madhava website to see the full list of products.  They have a great organic product selection including baking mixes, pancake syrup, coffee syrup, coconut sugar, drink mixes, and more! I can’t wait to try their chocolate cake!
