1) All-Purpose Flour
2) Granulated Sugar
3) Baking Powder
4) Milk
5) Unsalted Butter
Place blueberries in bottom of a large microwave safe ramekin or microwave safe mug. Press blueberries down slightly with the back of a fork to break up.
In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Mix in milk and melted butter until just combined.
Check on cobbler, then microwave another 30 seconds. Adjust baking time as needed for your microwave.
Spoon batter on top of blueberries. Place cobbler on top of small microwave safe plate in case blueberries boil over. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Top with your favorite ice cream, whipped topping, or whipped cream if desired.
Do not overfill your ramekin/mug or it will boil over a lot. For a little more flavor add a little vanilla extract, almond extract, or other flavoring to the topping or fruit.
