1(14 oz.) bag shredded coleslaw mix (cabbage & carrot)
In a large mixing bowl whisk together dressing, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in coleslaw mix, mango, and cilantro.
Refrigerate at least 20-30 minutes or overnight.
SNAPPY TIPS: If you like your coleslaw more on the “crispy” side, don’t refrigerate long. If you like the cabbage/carrots more soft, refrigerate overnight.SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: If you don’t like mangos, you can omit or substitute another fruit such as chopped ripe peaches, melon, etc.
