Banana-Bacon Cinnamon Roll Roses
Mini cinnamon rolls made into "roses" with bacon and banana!

Servings 32 (makes about 32 roses)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Separate biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Flatten each ball of dough. Overlap 4 pieces of dough (should look like snowman with an extra circle) and lightly press so dough sticks. Cut down the middle (you'll have 2 sets of 4 semi-circles for each for a total of 32 roses).
Brush top of dough with melted butter. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, bacon, and banana chips in small bowl and stir to combine. Sprinkle over dough. Roll up dough starting at long end to form roses. Push slightly on seam to adhere then place in prepared mini muffin pan. if you have remaining melted butter or margarine, you can brush on top of roses.
Bake cinnamon roll roses for about 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
SNAPPY TIPS: To finely chop the banana chips, place them in a food processor and process for a few seconds. If you use a different kind of biscuit dough, be sure to use the baking directions specific for that dough. You can also remove fake flowers from the plastic stems and attach the cinnamon roll roses to the stems.
SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of bacon and banana, use your favorite fillings such as other dried fruit, nuts, and mini chips.
