Hard-Boiled Eggs in Oven

How to make hard-boiled eggs in the oven.

  • 12 large eggs (or use any quantity you want)


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Place an egg in each cup of a regular size muffin pan. 
  • Carefully place pan with eggs in middle of oven.
  • Bake the eggs about 30 minutes.
  • A few minutes before eggs are done baking prepare an ice bath. Fill a large bowl about halfway with ice and top with cold water.
  • When eggs are done baking, carefully remove eggs with tongs and place in ice water. Let the eggs sit in the ice bath for about 10 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs and use as desired.


SNAPPY TIPS: The eggs may get some small brown spots from the heat. You can cut around the spots if you'd like.
