Korean BBQ Sauce

Korean BBQ Sauce, an easy homemade sticky sauce, dipping sauce, or  marinade for a wide range of things like beef, chicken, pork, or  vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

– low sodium soy sauce – Asian pear – dark brown sugar – chili garlic sauce

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Pour sauce into a small saucepan over medium-high heat.

Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce to simmer.

Simmer about 5 minutes.

If you can’t find an Asian pear, you could try substituting an apple or pear.
