Pickled Onions


1)  Red Onions

2)  Water

3)  Vinegar

4)  Granulated Sugar

5)  Salt



Whisk together water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil.

Place your quartered sliced onions into a mason jar or glass container.

Great for Salads!


Cool onions slightly, then cover and refrigerate overnight.


Pour the hot liquid over the onions in your jar.

Awesome on Nachos!
