Easy Blueberry Cobbler in One Minute

This Easy Blueberry Cobbler is ready in one minute! Learn how to  make blueberry cobbler in the microwave with fresh or frozen  blueberries.


– all-purpose flour – granulated sugar – baking powder – salt – skim milk (or milk of choice) – unsalted butter

In a small bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt  until well combined. Mix in milk and melted butter until just combined.


Place blueberries in bottom of a large (8 oz.) microwave safe ramekin or  microwave safe mug. Press blueberries down slightly with the back of a  fork to break up.


Spoon batter on top of blueberries. Place cobbler on top of small microwave safe plate in case blueberries boil over. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.


Check on cobbler, then microwave another 30 seconds. Adjust baking time as needed for your microwave.


Top with your favorite ice cream, whipped topping, or whipped cream if desired.
