SNAPPY TIPS: Next time I make these cookies I am going to add a little strongly brewed coffee to deepen the chocolate flavor. This recipe makes a lot of cookies, so freeze some or freeze the uncooked cookie balls in a large resealable bag and have fresh cookies whenever you want!SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: I used dark chocolate chips and regular unsweetened cocoa powder, but you can use any kind of chocolate chip (such as bittersweet or semi-sweet) or dark cocoa powder. You could also add your favorite nut such as chopped almonds to the batter.
