Pour the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth into the bottom of your Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
Add the broken fettuccine and chicken to the pot and stir to combine making sure both are well covered with liquid.
Place top on Instant Pot and lock. Set on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, let sit for 10 minutes for natural release, then release rest of pressure. Check to make sure pasta and chicken are cooked through. If not cooked through, place lid back on and let sit in hot liquid an additional 5-10 minutes or so until cooked through.
Top with Parmesan cheese and/or parsley if desired.
SNAPPY TIPS: You can try your favorite bottled Alfredo sauce but I used Ragu Cheesy Creation Classic Alfredo just for testing purposes. It's going to seem like a lot of liquid but the pasta will soak a lot of it in while it cooks.SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of chicken broth you could use vegetable broth.
