Place ground chicken in a large mixing bowl. Break the meat up slightly with your hands so it's not clumped together. Add chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently mix together with hands or wooden spoon being careful not to compact meat. Form into 4 patties.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray (or use a little oil to coat bottom of pan) over medium-high heat. Place patties in pan and cook about 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
When burgers are almost done cooking, top with cheese and cover pan so cheese melts.
Place a burger patty on bottom of each roll and top with desired toppings and top of roll.
SNAPPY TIPS: The chicken mixture can be a little moist and hard to form into patties. If you have that problem, you can divide the mixture into 4 balls then place the balls on the heated pan and use your fingers or spatula to flatten. SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: You can substitute any kind of ground meat for the chicken. Beef or turkey would also work well.
