Place chocolate chips, caramel, milk, and salt in medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave on half power in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth. Cool completely.
Pour mixture over snow in a large mixing bowl and carefully stir to combine.
Eat immediately or place in container and freeze.
SNAPPY TIPS: the ice cream is fairly soft right after you mix it together. If you want it a firmer consistency, freeze for a few hours. Serve with some toasted almonds and extra caramel.SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitute any kind of chocolate chips (such as semi-sweet) for the white chocolate.
