Place snow in large mixing bowl.
In separate bowl mix together milk, cocoa, and peppermint until well combined. Pour over snow and mix together until combined.
Eat immediately or place in container and freeze.
SNAPPY TIPS: The ice cream is fairly soft right after you mix it together. If you want it a harder consistency, spoon it in a container with lid and freeze for an hour or two.
SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: For vanilla ice cream, omit the chocolate and peppermint and substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla. Instead of peppermint extract try any of your favorite extracts or flavorings such as mint, raspberry, etc.
