Bake bread for 40 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. Check every 15 minutes and cover with aluminum foil if top starts to brown too quickly. Check to make sure center is cooked through. When done, cool slightly then use knife to loosen bread around edges of pan and flip over onto serving plate.
SNAPPY TIPS: Be sure your bread is cooked through the middle by taking a knife and gently slicing in the middle. If it's not cooked, continue to cook and cover with aluminum foil if necessary. If 2 loaves is too much for you, you can easily cut this recipe in half.SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of cinnamon you could use apple pie spice or your favorite spice combo.
