Truffle Fries

Homemade Truffle Fries, oven baked french fries with truffle oil, Parmesan, and parsley.

  • 1 large baking potato washed, scrubbed, and dried
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil (or truffle oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese (good quality grated)
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut potato into thin slices, then each slice into long thin strips. Place potato strips into a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 
  • Place potato strips in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet leaving a little room between each strip.
  • Bake potatoes in bottom of the oven at 425 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes, flipping over halfway through baking.
  • Drizzle fries with truffle oil and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.


SNAPPY TIPS: Baking time may vary depending on how thick you cut your fries. You can use a French Fry cutter or mandoline slicer if you'd prefer.
SNAPPY SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of salt and pepper, or in addition to, you can use your favorite spices and herbs.
