Truffle Fries

Have the best oven baked crispy Truffle Fries in no time! Learn  how to make truffle fries at home and topped with fresh parsley,  Parmesan, and truffle oil.

INGREDIENTS

– baking potato – olive oil (or truffle oil) – salt – black pepper – truffle oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut potato into thin slices, then each slice into long thin strips.

Place potato strips into a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place potato strips in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet leaving a little room between each strip.

Bake potatoes in bottom of the oven at 425 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes, flipping over halfway through baking.

Drizzle fries with truffle oil and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
