Pesto Alfredo

INGREDIENTS

1)  Fettuccine Pasta

2)  Unsalted Butter

3)  Garlic Minced

4)  Heavy Cream

5)  Pesto

Meanwhile, place a large pot over medium  heat. Melt butter, then stir in minced garlic cloves. Cook about 1  minute or until garlic is soft and fragrant.

Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to box directions for al dente.

Garnish with Parsley!

Stir in Parmesan cheese and pesto until smooth and thick.

Slowly add the heavy cream to the saucepan, whisk until cream comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 3-5 minutes.

Add more Parmesan!

Stir in drained cooked pasta.

Snappy Tips:

Add vegetables and/or meat if desired. You can use any variation of pesto such as basil, spinach, cilantro, etc.

Top with a little more grated cheese and/or fresh chopped parsley if desired.

Add your favorite toppings!
