Oven Baked Potato Wedges

These crispy Oven Baked Potato Wedges are delicious with homemade or store-bought taco seasoning!

INGREDIENTS

– russet potatoes – olive oil – homemade taco seasoning

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cut each potato in half, then each piece in half again, and again until you have 8 wedges from each potato. Place the wedges in a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle oil over the potatoes, then toss gently to coat. Sprinkle the tops of potatoes with taco seasoning and toss again to evenly coat the potato wedges with seasoning.

Place the wedges on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes, turn wedges over, and rotate pans.

Then bake an additional 15–25 minutes or until crispy on the outside and cooked through.
