How to Make

Mexican Steak Marinade

1)  Fresh Lime Juice

2)  Olive Oil

3)  Fresh Cilantro Leaves

4)  Sundried-Tomatoes in Olive Oil

5)  Water

Start blender and process as needed. Stop blender, and scrape down sides as needed and continue blending until nearly smooth.

Place tomatoes and olive oil in the jar into a blender. Add all other ingredients to blender.

Great for Steak!

Refrigerate meat until ready to cook (for flank steak or skirt steak, marinade over night).

To use, place meat in resealable bag,  cover with some of the marinade, seal bag, gently massage marinade into  meat so it's completely covered.

Awesome for Red Meat!

Pat meat dry with paper towels, then cook or grill as desired.

Snappy Tips:

You can also use a food processor instead of a blender. You can store the marinade in a covered container or jar in the fridge for at least a few days.

Instead of chipotles packed in adobo you could add a little ground chipotle or cayenne pepper.

Add Fresh Cilantro!
