Kale Apple Smoothie, an easy green smoothie recipe with kale and apple, can easily be changed up and made vegan and dairy-free.
– kale – apple – honey – lemon juice – almond milk
Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
You can try adding more ice, that will give the kale smoothie a thicker slushie consistency.
How to Make a Smoothie Thicker
Thick Greek yogurt or cottage cheese would be excellent additions to this Kale Apple Smoothie or any other smoothie.
For best results, make sure all your ingredients are cold. Peel your apple if your blender is not that strong or you don't like apple peel.
Use your favorite sweetener or omit the honey. Use your favorite milk or milk substitute.
