How to Thicken Alfredo Sauce

Cube softened cream cheese and whisk into the Alfredo Sauce into a pot over heat until the cheese is smooth.

Add some freshly grated good quality Parmesan cheese into the sauce.  Freshly grated full-fat Parmesan cheese is your best bet here.
