Healthy Chocolate Milkshake

This chocolate milkshake recipe has no added sugar, gluten free, and  can also be made dairy free. Great way how to make a milkshake without  ice cream!


– banana – ice cubes – unsweetened almond milk – unsweetened cocoa powder – unsweetened almond butter

Place the banana slices, ice cubes, almond milk, cocoa powder, almond  butter, and vanilla into a blender and process until smooth.


Make sure your banana slices are really frozen for best results.

You can substitute any kind of nut butter for the almond butter and any kind of milk for the almond milk.

Taste will vary greatly depending on what you substitute.

I personally think coconut milk and peanut butter or peanut butter powder is the best.
