Cannoli Muffins

Cannoli Muffins is an easy chocolate chip muffin recipe with Italian cannoli flavors! Quick and simple to make, these muffins are moist and delicious!


– all-purpose flour – orange zest – baking powder – cinnamon – baking soda

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.


Whisk together flour, orange zest, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl; set aside.


Whisk together oil and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Whisk in the ricotta, egg, vanilla, and milk until well combined.


Mix the dry ingredients into the oil and sugar mixture until just combined.


Reserve about 2 tablespoons each of chocolate chips and pistachios for the tops of muffins, then mix the rest into the muffin batter.
