1) Chocolate chips
2) Half & Half
3) Vodka
4) Amaretto
5) Ricotta cheese
Meanwhile, place half & half, chocolate whipped cream vodka, cookie vodka, amaretto, cheese, cinnamon, and orange zest in a cocktail shaker with ice.
If desired, dip rim of martini glass in melted chocolate and then mini chocolate chips and refrigerate for a few minutes for melted chocolate to set.
Shake drink well with ice in a cocktail shaker to break up the cheese. If you’re making a pitcher, be sure to whisk well instead.
Melt chocolate chips or chocolate bar for rim of glass if desired.
Can also use chocolate syrup if you'd like but chocolate chips/shavings may not stick well. You can also top cocktail with whipped cream if you'd like.
