Cannoli Frosting

Cannoli Frosting is an Italian-inspired frosting with mascarpone and ricotta that is great on brownies, cakes, cupcakes, and more!

INGREDIENTS

– ricotta cheese – mascarpone cheese – sugar – vanilla extract – orange juice

Make sure your ricotta and mascarpone cheeses are well-drained and thick before starting frosting.

To make frosting, beat together ricotta and mascarpone in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined.

Beat in powdered sugar, vanilla, orange juice, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Mix in chocolate chips if desired.
