Almond Flour Crackers

These easy homemade gluten-free crackers can also easily be flavored with your favorite seasonings and spices for the best snack!

INGREDIENTS

– almond flour – salt – unsalted butter – egg

In a medium mixing bowl, mix together almond flour and salt. Then mix in butter and egg until well combined and ball forms.

Work the ball a little with your hands or spoon until smooth, but the dough will still be a little sticky.

Place the dough on parchment paper. Cover with another piece of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough as thin as possible.

Using a 1-inch square cookie cutter or pizza wheel cutter, cut crackers into 1-inch squares. Place the squares on a lined baking sheets.

Bake crackers at 400 degrees F for about 5–10 minutes, or until golden brown on bottom, or until desired doneness. Cool slightly before serving so the crackers can crisp up more.
