Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
I am a nutritionist in private practice and I also work at The Bar Method in Montclair, NJ as their staff nutritionist. I am a healthy recipe developer, cookbook author and mom to three amazing little boys. I love to run and take Bar Method classes!

Can you tell me a little bit about your blog?
I post overall healthy recipes. Some are gluten-free, some are vegan, but I try to keep them overall healthy. I began blogging a few years ago and a few months later I wrote my first cookbook. I love sharing healthy recipes!

What do you like most about blogging? What do you NOT like about blogging?
Most people don’t realize how much work goes into blogging! There are so many social media outlets and blogging, for me, is a real process. Mostly, I find it rewarding, but it can be grueling when I am working under a bunch of deadlines.

What would be one tip you would give to someone who was thinking about starting a blog?
Make sure you love what you do! Be true to yourself. Write about things that you are interested in and your blog will be for unique and real.

Where do you get ideas for your new recipes?
I love to go to restaurants and get inspiration from different menus. And definitely Food Network! :)

Where do you see you and your blog 5 years from now?
I hope I continue to love creating healthy recipes and I would love to have a larger following. I love to hear when people reach out and tell me that they love a recipe, it makes my day!
