Who says cupcakes have to be “sweet”??  How about a fun savory cupcake??  If you follow Snappy Gourmet on Facebook you got a sneak peek at these cuties a few days ago.  The best part about these are they look just like cupcakes but once you take a bite you’ll soon know these are not sweet, and instead stuffed with BBQ pulled pork!  The cupcakes themselves are really a moist cornbread, and the frosting is a quick and easy pimento cheese!  Top with some BBQ sauce and you got yourself a fun appetizer or even a main dish that will surely impress your family and friends! Pumpkin Ale Cupcakes with Streusel Cream Cheese Frosting

Tis the season of pumpkin, pumpkin, and more PUMPKIN!!  And what could be better than Pumpkin Ale Cupcakes with Streusel Cream Cheese Frosting?! Oh boy, these are some of the best pumpkin cupcakes I’ve ever had!  I will definitely be holding onto this recipe!  And did I mention these pumpkin cupcakes have BEER in them?  Yes, beer!  Crazy, isn’t it?  These cupcakes are moist and have a rich but not overwhelming pumpkin flavor. Topped with a creamy cream cheese frosting and a crunchy streusel topping.  YUM!  They are EASY to make, yet look gourmet!  They would be so cute served with my Pumpkin Cheesecaketinis I made recently.  These Pumpkin Ale Cupcakes with Streusel Cream Cheese Frosting were SO good that I had to give most of them away because I would have eaten the whole entire batch in one day!  I’m warning you now, do not be alone with these cupcakes in the house….

Chunky S’mores Dipped Cupcakes

Is summer here yet???  Memorial Day, 4th of July, graduation parties, and summer barbecues are coming up so I knew I needed to come up with a fun dessert recipe! I thought I’d revisit my dipped cupcakes after my Green Velvet Dipped Cupcakes got a lot of buzz.  We bought a firepit last year and my kids have been obsessed with making s’mores ALL the time! Staring at a cupboard full of marshmallows, Hershey’s chocolate bars, and graham crackers everyday turned into an idea for these Chunky S’mores Dipped Cupcakes. They look very involved and gourmet, and I realize this post is lonnnnnng  but these cupcakes are quite easy and snappy to make!  I swear!!  And don’t forget that time is running out to enter my GIVEAWAY!!  Enter, Enter, Enter and tell your friends to enter!
