Caribbean Oven-Fried Chicken
Are you tired of the same old chicken dinners night after night??? I’m guessing the answer is YES for many of you because people are always asking me for new easy chicken recipes. When I heard about the Hellmann’s “Chicken Change-Up” campaign and asked if I wanted to participate and try a few recipes, I knew I had to give it a try. Hellmann’s has a wide variety of products and chances are we always have at least one of their products in our house. Until April 30th, parents across the U.S. can also participate in the Hellmann’s “Chicken Change-Up” by trying one of Hellmann’s featured chicken recipes, share recipe reviews, and share advice on dinnertime obstacles. Hellmann’s is also having a sweepstakes for a chance to win a $5000 grocery store gift card and other daily prizes.[1] Hellmann’shas also provided me with some GREAT prizes to give away to one of my readers in the weeks to come so stay tuned! Over the next month I’ll be posting different chicken recipes that I think you’ll enjoy. Today’s recipe, Caribbean Oven-Fried Chicken is a budget friendly recipe and not to mention, quick, easy, and delicious! Do you have any tips on cooking dinner on a budget???
Caribbean Shrimp Stuffed Waffle Pops & Mango Cilantro Dip
Tomorrow I’ll be a guest on the Rachael Ray Show for “Waffle Week”! It was an incredible experience to be part of “Waffle Wars” with one of my favorite original recipes, Crunchy Chicken Stuffed Waffle Pops! It was a fabulous experience, but I can’t say much about it until after the show airs. To celebrate “Waffle Week” I thought I’d come up with a new fun waffle recipe! These Caribbean Shrimp Stuffed Waffle Pops are just as fun as my Crunchy Chicken Stuffed Waffle Pops but a whole new twist. Caribbean seasoned shrimp are coated in a corn waffle batter that has jalapeños and onions then paired with a sweet mango cilantro dipping sauce. These “pops” are sweet and spicy and great as an appetizer or entrée! To see me and the Crunchy Chicken Stuffed Waffle Pops tomorrow check out the Rachael Ray Show page for the channel/time for your area! I’m also working on a few upcoming giveaways but enter my current GIVEAWAY before time runs out. Don’t forget to join us on FACEBOOK for more food fun and more info about the Rachael Ray Show and my winning recipes!
