Recently I was invited by Jones Dairy Farm to spend a day with them at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York to learn about their products, tour the school, and do a little cooking. I always love learning about where my food comes from, so I knew I couldn’t pass on this opportunity (and not to mention I’m a huge fan of their bacon and Canadian bacon). It was such a fun experience and a pleasure meeting everyone and learning about Jones Dairy Farm!
