Just got home from a family trip to Hershey Park and I think I still have chocolate on the brain today!   We also had some great Mexican food on our trip which makes me sad that our Mexican options around here are slim…very very slim.  Since Cinco de Mayo is coming up I guess that means I’ll have to make my own Mexican food and cocktails!  To start, how about a Mexican Chocolate Shot?!  These definitely taste decadent, but when I calculated the calories they only have about 100 calories per shot!  And not to change the subject, but don’t forget to enter my 3 GIVEAWAYS that I have going on right now!  Lots of great prizes up for grabs and not a lot of entries, so your chances right now are looking good!
