With the 3-day weekend coming up here, I thought a fun easy dessert was in order before summer is over! Only 6 ingredients and not long to prep! You can also easily change these Dipped Oreo Ice Cream Pops up a bit with different flavors or colors for any event or occasion!! They do need to freeze for a little while before serving but they’re great to make ahead of time for parties! I will definitely be making these Pops regularly!!! Continue reading
Fourth of July is only 3 weeks away, who’s ready? My kids are still in school until the 22nd so we’re having a hard time believing Fourth of July is right around the corner!! I made these adorable Red, White, & Blue Velvet Ice Cream Sandwiches recently that would be perfect for Fourth of July or any of your summer events! Thanks to Wilton’s Ice Cream Sandwich Pan, the Red Velvet Brownies for these ice cream sandwiches were easy to make! The cream cheese vanilla ice cream has small chunks of strawberries and blueberries making this a fun red, white, and blue treat! One lucky reader will also win one of these great Ice Cream Sandwich Pans and more from Wilton! Continue reading
Unfortunately, (ummm, or maybe that’s fortunately?) we don’t have any snow at the moment. But when we did have snow a few weeks ago I made this fabulous Chocolate Peanut Butter Snow Ice Cream. If you don’t have snow, you can use fluffy shaved ice. This Chocolate Peanut Butter Snow Ice Cream is ready in about 5 minutes, only has 5 ingredients, and you don’t need an ice cream maker!! Ok, so it’s not going to be the most decadent-smooth-rich ice cream you’ve ever had, but c’mon, it’s ready in 5 minutes and it’s darn good!!
