Tropical Pineapple & Honey BBQ Ribs recipe, an easy ribs recipe with honey BBQ sauce, pineapple, lime, Caribbean seasoning, and cilantro.
Great BBQ Ribs recipe for you today! Who is loving summer and all the BBQs and grilled food??? ME! How about a quick and easy spareribs recipe? This recipe is perfect for 4th of July next week or any of your summer BBQs!
Just to show you how easy it is to come up with a quick and fun ribs recipe, I made these delicious Tropical Pineapple & Honey BBQ Ribs recipe with only 6 ingredients!!! To start off I rubbed some McCormick Perfect Pinch Caribbean Jerk Seasoning on both sides of my ribs. Instead of buying a long list of spices and ingredients you can get it all in this one little bottle! Cover and refrigerate your ribs for at least an hour or overnight if you can.
While the ribs are in the fridge, make this quick and easy sauce. It only has 3 ingredients: Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce, some chopped pineapple, and lime juice. No need to make a sauce with a long list of ingredients! Put everything in a blender (or food processor) and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
I grilled my ribs on indirect heat for about an hour and a half. My grill wasn’t quite big enough for actual”indirect” heat so I put my grill on very low, covered the grates with aluminum foil to help keep the heat down, then put my ribs on the top rack in my grill. If your ribs drip a lot from the top shelf, you can put some disposable aluminum pans filled with water underneath to catch some of the drippings. It worked great! Then I basted my ribs with the sauce for another 15-30 minutes turning frequently.
You could also bake the ribs in the oven or prepare the way you like your ribs. Let your ribs rest a little while so they turn out tender and juicy! I garnished my ribs with some chopped fresh cilantro and served them with the remaining BBQ sauce and a few lime wedges. My family gobbled these up!!! Hope you enjoy this BBQ ribs recipe!
Hope you enjoy!
