Who says cupcakes have to be “sweet”?? How about a fun savory cupcake?? If you follow Snappy Gourmet on
Facebook you got a sneak peek at these cuties a few days ago. The best part about these are they look just like cupcakes but once you take a bite you’ll soon know these are not sweet, and instead stuffed with BBQ pulled pork! The cupcakes themselves are really a moist cornbread, and the frosting is a quick and easy pimento cheese! Top with some BBQ sauce and you got yourself a fun appetizer or even a main dish that will surely impress your family and friends!

I’ve been on a bit of a strawberry “kick” lately! I even set up a
“Strawberry Love” Pinterest board with 50+ strawberry recipes, so check it out if you are obsessed with strawberries too! One of my new favorite strawberry recipes is today’s Individual Strawberry Cobblers! They are snappy to make and delicious! I had a hard time getting pictures because my family kept gobbling them up! They eat much faster than I work!! I bought a huge package of California strawberries from
Costco and we just can’t get enough of them right now! These cute cobblers are perfect for Mother’s Day this weekend!
